Delta, a global leader in power and thermal management solutions, will participate in Energaia 2023, taking place December 13-14 in Montpellier, France. The highlight of the show will be the M100A Flex, a 100 kW three-phase solar inverter. With its eight MPP trackers, it offers EPCs greater flexibility in the planning and design of large rooftop and ground-mounted solar systems. The inverter has extensive safety features, a robust IP66 enclosure and compact design for easy transport, making it suitable for indoor and outdoor installations across various commercial and industrial applications.
Commenting on the company’s presence at Energaia 2023, Andreas Hoischen, Senior Director, Photovoltaic Inverters Business Unit, Delta EMEA, said: “Self-consumption of solar-generated electricity is becoming increasingly important, especially for commercial spaces and buildings. On-site PV is also a key component for green building certification. The M100A Flex is a versatile inverter that increases energy yields and is suitable for commercial and industrial applications. We look forward to showcasing this innovative solution to visitors at Energaia 2023.
M100A Flex – Attractive features for C&I applications
The M100A Flex is tailor-made for building services applications it supports both wall and floor mounting providing the flexibility required for this type of application.
Features include arc detection AC/DC type 2 overvoltage protection (optional DC type 1+2), anti-PID, reverse polarity protection and string monitoring with fast I-V curve data output. As with all Delta inverters, commissioning and operation are performed conveniently via the DeltaSolar app or Delta Service software. The inbuilt RS485 and Bluetooth interface makes it easy for the operator to easily connect and monitor the inverter at any time. The design, which is compatible with upright installation next to rooftop heat pumps, allows new possibilities for integration on CI buildings roofs. The M100A Flex works perfectly in combination with the M50A and M70A Flex from the same product family.
MyDeltaSolar – Convenient monitoring of Delta PV inverters
Delta’s solution for monitoring solar PV systems with Delta PV inverters consists of the DC1 data collector as the central communication interface and a power meter (single-phase or three-phase).
The DC1 collects extensive statistical data on energy production and consumption and allows simultaneous access to all connected inverters for feed-in control and dynamic power control. This ensures that the solar energy is distributed efficiently according to the utility’s requirements and that the load on the grid connection is taken into account.
The data can be visualized and analysed in the MyDeltaSolar Cloud or in the DeltaSolar App, for example to plan on-site operations. The DC1 offers Wi-Fi, Ethernet and RS845 as communication interfaces and also works with third-party monitoring solutions.
