Developed as a capable alternative to both belt- and ball screw-driven systems, the LRP actuator achieves faster travel speeds and longer strokes than most ball screw types, while maintaining higher accuracy than traditional belt drives. It offers a maximum standard stroke of 5.5 metres, which can be extended via joint configurations, and operates at speeds of up to 2.2 metres per second. Built with a robust rack-and-pinion mechanism, the actuator ensures consistent performance and long-term reliability across a wide range of industrial tasks.
The LRP is engineered to support demanding applications, with a maximum horizontal load capacity of 300 kilograms and vertical load capacity of 80 kilograms.
