A leading provider of advanced measurement and 3D printing systems will give a UK debut to four ground-breaking machines that will help industry work smarter and faster.
Carfulan Group, which has seen sales soar to £20m this year, will showcase more than £1m of new technology at MACH 2024 next month (15-19th April), including the unveiling of a hattrick of multi-sensor measurement solutions, all of which set the benchmark for precision and provide unprecedented levels of accuracy.
Five of the group’s engineering-based brands will take centre stage at a significant stand in Hall 20, featuring futuristic 3D technology, state-of-the-art tool pre-setting solutions and best-in-class multi-sensor measurement.
OGP UK, the Carfulan Group’s best-in-class multi-sensor measurement system specialists, will be launching three new high-performance multi-sensor measurement systems: the Fusion 400, the Shapegrabber Ai620 and the E-Series E7, all of which provide accurate, precise and industrial quality control measurements.
It will be joined on Stand 320 by ZOLLER UK adding to its tool presetting range by taking the wraps off a new advanced heat shrinking solution: the powerShrink. This innovation provides high-level rotational accuracy, long tool life, and reduced tooling costs, preparing tools for production in under a minute.
Chris Fulton, Joint Managing Director of the Carfulan Group, commented: “We are excited to be back at MACH for another year and cannot wait to build on what was our most successful show back in 2022.
“I don’t think we’ve ever had so much new technology to showcase in the UK for the first time and we cannot wait for our visitors to be able to get hands on with all of our solutions – all of which will help them reduce downtime and waste, improve quality and boost output.”
The Carfulan Group’s 3D printing company, SYS Systems, will be showcasing a range of their world-leading 3D printing technologies, including the globally renowned Stratasys F900 3D printer. Trusted by global industry leaders in manufacturing, the high-performance Stratasys F900 3D printer sets the standard for reliable, accurate 3D printing. Whether printing a full tray of complex parts or a singular large part, the F900’s high strength and unmatched consistency ensures accurate results every time.
Alongside four new machines, the Carfulan Group’s new dedicated software company, Prolink UK, will also be making its debut at MACH and demonstrating how real-time data monitoring, automated reporting and unrivalled shopfloor integration can empower manufacturers to increase productivity.
And the Carfulan Group’s presence would not be complete without the showcasing of VICIVISION UK, whose non-contact measurement systems are the world’s most advanced. The stand will feature the Techno M614, designed for the high-precision inspection of complex components in industries including aerospace, automotive and medical, as well as the PRIMA 306, a state-of-the-art optical measurement system designed to provide high-precision measurements for turned parts in seconds.
VICIVISON UK will also be revealing its ultimate shop floor measurement devices: the Metrios Cross and Metrios Cross HD. These machines are robustly built to allow for fast, accurate inspections directly on the shop floor with ground-breaking simplicity.
Carfulan Group Sales Director, Rob Thompson, concluded: “Despite what people are saying, the UK is alive with innovation and there is a definite pull towards reshoring, which will create a lot of opportunities.
“We want to help firms exploit this and the launch of our new technologies will do just that, giving them greater control, greater output, and greater quality. As a bit of a challenge, we’d love visitors to come along and challenge us to show them how our solutions can make them become more productive.”
