The latest motor drive solutions from global automation specialist Inovance – the QS900, DT60, and IDM series – were launched at interpack 2026 in Dusseldorf (7-13 May), showcasing the company’s robust, intelligent solutions for processing, packaging and printing.
The Inovance stand at the packaging and processing show (18b/F12) featured the reliable, robust IP66-rated DT60N AC drive for conveyor lines, the QS900 servo drive for multi-axis applications, and the durable, compact IDM Series integrated servo motor-drive system, suited to conveyor lines and labelling machines. Exhibited alongside the new MSG single-cable motor (specifically designed for the European market) and a host of existing technologies, the motor drives are part of the company’s expanding full automation ecosystem.
Robust, high performance packaging and processing motion control
The IP66-rated DT60N is ideally suited to packaging applications, providing high-reliability even in the most demanding industrial environments, due to its high-strength alloy aluminum one-piece die-cast construction. With extreme durability and protection, automotive-grade redundancy, and predictive maintenance for critical components, the DT60N is perfect for high-protection conveyor lines and intelligent, flexible production lines.
The compact IP67-rated IDM Series integrated motor servo drive system eliminates the need for a separate drive and motor, helping reduce cabinet size by up to 70%, cable length by 70%, and providing highly-flexible installation options. It gives smart, stable performance even in harsh environments, supporting up to 450% overload. Single-cable technology provides easy maintenance and installation, and the IDM Series is ideally suited to conveyor lines and labelling machines.
With ultra-low latency, the advanced next-generation QS900 multi-axis servo drive has integrated motion control for smoother speed and torque output. AI-driven reliability and diagnostics offer digital commissioning and one-click optimization for multi-axis scenarios. Predictive maintenance prevents unplanned downtime and smart energy optimization delivers optimal efficiency.
Suited to a wide range of packaging and printing machinery, the European standard intelligent MSG Series servo motor has a flexible, modular design. Despite its compact size, the MSG series delivers high performance, response, and reliability, including maximum speeds of up to 10,000 rpm, and features built-in predictive monitoring to cut unplanned downtime.
