The UK subsidiary of global industrial gearbox and drive systems manufacturer, STOBER, has appointed Josh Tolley as UK Sales Manager.
Midlands-based Josh began his sales career with an apprenticeship after leaving school. Regional and national sales jobs followed which saw him hone his skills and gain valuable experience with several leading brands in the electrical, mechanical, motion control and automation technology fields.
Josh has spent the last decade specialising in motion control solutions. He was most recently a team leader in the motion control business department for SIEMENS which saw him focus on developing partner strategies.
Commenting on his appointment, Josh said: “I wanted a new challenge with a different company, one that has a family-business ethos where everyone matters and STOBER fitted the bill perfectly.
“I’ve already visited STOBER’s head office in Pforzheim, Germany and met several of my colleagues who immediately made me feel very welcome.”
Continues Josh: “I feel I can make a big difference in my new role working alongside Martin Preece and the team. Building relationships with new clients, supporting existing partnerships and exploring new opportunities for growth will be my focus for the rest of the year. And if my experience so far is anything to go by, my expectations will be exceeded!”
