Inovance Technology Europe returns to the SPS Nuremberg trade show following its European debut at last year’s event, showcasing a portfolio of case studies, and launching multiple new products.

Industrial automation company Inovance is returning to SPS Nuremberg this year, showcasing a series of new case studies across Europe, and launching new products for the European market. At last year’s SPS Nuremberg trade show, Inovance highlighted the strong investments that it has made, with offices and ever-growing local teams across the continent.

The newly published global portfolio of case studies covers Germany, the UK, Italy, Poland, France, Spain, South Africa, Turkey and India, and ranges from the positive results of rigorous tests to the endurance capabilities of an Inovance PLC carried out by a customer in Poland, to automotive testing in Germany, printing in Spain, energy recovery in France, and 3D concrete printing in India.

Additionally, Inovance is launching multiple new products at SPS:

  • Two CODESYS motion controllers/PLCs – the AM320 and the AM522
  • A new EtherCAT spindle drive – the IS650N
  • A new EtherCAT servo drive – the SV680N
  • A linear motor family – the LMC series
  • A new family of 21” touch screens – the HP800
  • Additions to the GL20 family of I/O modules

Inovance is investing in Europe for the long-term

As the European face of fast-growing global industrial automation company Inovance, Inovance Technology Europe has established sales and engineering offices in Germany, France, Spain, Italy, and Turkey, as well as a growing network of distributors across the continent.

Inovance is investing in Europe for the long-term and is rapidly expanding its European team. As the new case studies demonstrate, Inovance’s investment in Europe is paying off, with European customers increasingly finding its broad portfolio of high value products offers the ideal fit for their motion control needs. In addition to its sales and engineering offices in Bordeaux, Milan, Istanbul, and Barcelona, and its European distribution network, the European HQ in Stuttgart is home to R&D facilities where local teams of German engineers work to ensure Inovance products are adapted for local European markets. Finally, Inovance is also investing in a manufacturing facility in Hungary in order to better serve key customers.

On its 20th anniversary, Inovance continues meteoric global expansion

Founded in 2003, Inovance has experienced a meteoric rise, expanding from a $95m business in 2010, the year of its IPO, into a $3.4bn global industrial automation company in 2022, with YoY revenue growth of 28%. Its global workforce has increased from just 900 in 2010 to over 20,000 employees, and it now has products installed in over 100 countries worldwide. Last year, market research company Interact Analysis released data positioning the company as #5 for servo drives and #8 for LV drives globally for 2021.

David Bedford Guaus, Strategic Marketing Manager for AC drives and servos at Inovance Technology Europe, says: “Inovance Technology Europe returns to SPS this year as a much bigger presence in Europe than we were in 2022. Our expansion in Europe is remarkable and has been achieved through a combination of our excellent team of expert sales engineers, our strong R&D, developing knowledge of local markets and our complete portfolio of advanced industrial automation solutions. Our range of motion control products, one of the most complete of any company, includes LV and MV AC drives, servos, motion control, PLCs, HMIs, CNCs, and industrial robots.

“We have expanded our team, our capabilities, our product range, our distribution network and our customer base all in the last year and are excited to share some examples of the many successes we have had in markets across Europe.

“The case studies we are highlighting at this year’s show demonstrate how we offer a portfolio of products that can solve problems for companies across the continent and across industry sectors. Our high value, high performance motion control offering continues to expand and our strong focus on customer support and R&D means we are rapidly gaining a strong reputation and share of the pan-European industrial automation market.”
